PRICES VARY DEPENDING ON SIZE, DETAIL, INTRICACY & COMPLEXITY OF YOUR DESIGN. WE OFTEN RUN SPECIALS AND HOLIDAY PROMOTIONS FOR OUR CHEESECAKE DESSERTS. FOR CUSTOM CHEESECAKES WE HAVE A $80 MINIMUM, WHICH GENERALLY SERVES 10- 12 PEOPLE. GIVE US A CALL OR COMPLETE THE "CUSTOM ORDERING" FORM. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO GET YOU A QUOTE!

*NO MINIMUM ORDER FOR DELIVERY. PRICE OF DELIVERY IS A FLAT RATE OF $5.00 & FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $50. YOU CAN CONTACT US,  WITH DETAILS REGARDING YOUR EVENT AND WE CAN SEND YOU A QUOTE.
DO YOU SHIP YOUR CAKES?
YES, WE ARE HAPPY TO SAY THAT WE DO. CURRENTLY WE SHIP OUR WHOLE CHEESECAKES (7 INCH & 9 INCH). CAKES ARE SHIPPED USING DRY ICE AND/OR GEL PAKS.
STANDARD SHIPPING RATES ARE SET BY CARRIER ACCORDING TO THE CUSTOMER'S LOCATION AND ARE FOR 1-3 DAY PER CHEESECAKE AS WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO SHIP CHEESECAKES INDIVIDUALLY. 
All whole cheesecake orders require a minimum of 3 business days to be made before they are shipped. Shipped orders will only be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid extensive transit time. If order is not placed prior to the 3 needed business days, your order will be shipped out on Monday of the following week.
 AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION. WHEN THE CAKE IS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION. YOU CAN USE THIS INFORMATION TO TRACK WHEN YOUR PACKAGE IS SHIPPED AND TO INQUIRE WHEN IT IS IS EXPECTED TO ARRIVE.

*DUE TO FRUIT AND COOKIE TOPPINGS CONSISTENCY CHANGING WHEN FROZEN ON AND THAWED ON CHEESECAKE WE HAVE NOW INCLUDE A "DECORATING KIT" WITH ALL SHIPPED ORDERS. THE "DECORATING KIT" IS CUSTOM FOR YOUR CHEESECAKE FLAVOR AND INCLUDES THE TOPPINGS OF YOUR CHEESECAKE FOR YOU TO CUSTOM DESIGN YOUR DESSERT JUST HOW YOU LIKE IT.


WHAT DO I DO WITH MY CHEESECAKE ONCE IT IS DELIVERED? 
REMOVE CHEESECAKES FROM ITS SARAN WRAPPING. THE CHEESECAKE SHOULD BE PARTIALLY FROZEN OR COOL TO THE TOUCH. KEEP CHEESECAKE RESTED ON ITS CAKE BOARD, THEN RETURN BACK INTO ITS CAKE BOX AND INTO THE REFRIGERATOR IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT LEAVE OUT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. OUR CHEESECAKES WILL LAST FROM 5 -7 DAYS IN THE REFRIGERATOR OR UP TO SIX MONTHS IN THE FREEZER. WHICHEVER YOU CHOOSE, YOUR YUMMY SWEETCAKES CHEESECAKE WILL TASTE AS FRESH AS IF YOU WERE ENJOYING IT LOCALLY.
HOW SHOULD I SERVE MY CHEESECAKE?
OUR CHEESECAKES ARE BEST WHEN SERVED COOL TO THE TOUCH. IF FROZEN, LEAVE CAKE OVERNIGHT IN THE REFRIGERATOR AND DEFROST ON COUNTER 3 HOURS BEFORE DECORATING. OTHERWISE, DEFROST ON COUNTER 4-5 HOURS PRIOR TO DECORATING. INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGING YOU WILL FIND A DECORATING KIT FOR YOU TO CUSTOM DESIGN YOUR CHEESECAKE JUST HOW YOU LIKE IT. DESIGN AWAY... HOW EARLY SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
A CHEESECAKE ORDER SHOULD BE PLACED AS SOON AS YOU HAVE FINALIZED ALL THE DETAILS OF YOUR EVENT (COLORS, THEME, DESIGN, AMOUNT OF SERVINGS, ETC.). SINCE WE ARE USUALLY BOOKED A FEW WEEKS (OR SOMETIMES MONTHS) IN ADVANCE, WE DO ENCOURAGE EARLY ORDERING. (1-4 WEEKS ADVANCE NOTICE IS RECOMMENDED, BUT WE’RE BE HAPPY TO FIT YOU IN WHENEVER OUR SCHEDULE PERMITS.)

DEPOSITS BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?
A DEPOSIT IS NOT REQUIRED ON NON-CUSTOM DESSERT ORDERS. FOR CUSTOM ORDERS YES A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. WE REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% DEPOSIT (ON ORDERS OVER $100) TO BOOK YOUR CUSTOM ORDER. IF YOUR BALANCE IS NOT PAID IN FULL ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT, YOU FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT, AND RISK NOT BEING ACCOMMODATED.
WHY IS IT NON-REFUNDABLE?
BECAUSE REMEMBER WHEN WE TOLD YOU WE BOOK UP OFTEN?.. WELL THERE WOULD BE NO WAY FOR US TO GO BACK AND GET ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS WE SAID NO TO, TO BACKFILL YOUR SPOT, IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. YOUR DEPOSIT ENSURES AVAILABILITY AND WE MANAGE OUR ENTIRE TEAM AND PRODUCTION SCHEDULE BASED ON YOUR ORDER.
BOOKING
AFTER WE DISCUSS THE DETAILS OF YOUR EVENT AND DECIDE ON A CAKE THAT YOU LIKE, IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BOOKING AND WOULD LIKE TO PROCEED, WE WOULD REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR DATE. THE REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. THE BALANCE AND DEPOSIT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE, MEANING YOU CAN NOT CANCEL ONE DATE AND THEN CHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
WE ACCEPT ALL CREDIT CARDS AND DEBIT ONLY. FOR YOUR PROTECTION, WE DO NOT PROCESS CREDIT CARD ORDERS OVER THE PHONE. HOWEVER, FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, WE CAN EMAIL YOU AN INVOICE FOR YOU TO PAY ONLINE.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?
FOR NON-CUSTOM ORDERS: WE CHARGE AN 18% CANCELLATION FEE. YOU MAY CHANGE/CANCEL YOUR ORDER UNTIL FIVE (5) DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR PICK UP OR DELIVERY TIME. NO REFUNDS WITH ORDERS THAT ARE CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN FIVE (5) DAYS NOTICE.

FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:  A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 50% (ON ORDERS OVER $100+) IS DUE UPON ORDER PLACEMENT. BALANCE IS DUE IN FULL ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. IF AN ORDER IS NOT PICKED UP ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY OR DELIVERY IS DENIED, THE CLIENT IS STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL BALANCE OF THE ORDER. WE WILL MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU IN THE EVENT OF A MISSED PICKUP OR DENIED DELIVERY. IF A CANCELLATION IS MADE LESS THAN ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT, THE BALANCE IS STILL DUE IN FULL. *PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN YOU BOOK AN ORDER, WE DECLINE OTHER ORDERS. IF YOU CANCEL, THAT COULD RESULT IN HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS LOST, JUST TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR ORDER (OBVIOUSLY, WHETHER YOU CANCEL OR NOT).
IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION:
1. ALL REQUESTS FOR CANCELLATION MUST BE MADE IN WRITING.
2. IF A CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.
3. IF A CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED LESS THAN ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE PROMISED
DELIVERY/PICKUP DATE, THE FULL BALANCE IS STILL THE CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY.
